Spaghetti con colatura di alici
The Colatura di Alici has had great success in the last ten years, such as to gastronomically characterize the small seaside village of the Amalfi Coast.
Spaghetti with Colatura di Alici is a very simple dish but with an intense flavour and unique taste.
Ingredients for 4 people :
1 clove of garlic chopped
Parsley to taste
Fresh chilli to taste
Prepare all the ingredients in a serving bowl: olive oil, chopped parsley and garlic, anchovy sauce and chilli to taste. Cook the spaghetti al dente and, once drained, add them to the sauce with a spoonful of the pasta cooking water. Mix all the ingredients gently , decorate with a sprinkling of fresh parsley and serve.
